Meet Dan Bonne

Dan Bonne, Broker & Owner of BLVD Real Estate, has extensive knowledge of the Twin Cities real estate market, and continues to push the envelope in client experience and home marketing.  It was his dissatisfaction with the stale real estate industry and complacency in many of the big-box brokerage models, that gave him the desire to launch THE BROKERAGE in early 2018, which has since been re-branded to the company it is today -- BLVD Real Estate. 

Dan’s ability to analyze the market, current trends, and many investment opportunities has set him apart from competition.  His experience in corporate risk management, and his corporate sales training with leading medical device sales companies, enables Dan to understand the needs of each client, and develop an approach that gets results — because after all, each client and property is unique.

Though Dan’s primary focus is waterfront and luxury homes in the Twin Cities, Dan is involved with deals of many shapes and sizes, and utilizes his wide network of industry experts and team of real estate consultants. 

Dan grew up in White Bear Lake and graduated from Bethel University with a degree in Marketing & Finance. Dan lives in the White Bear Lake area with his wife, Danielle, and their three children; Avery, Greta & Griffin.  He and his family enjoy many outdoor activities, trying new restaurants around the cities, and traveling as much as possible.
